HEA Diamonds provides FREE insured FedEx shipping to over 70 international destinations. Our secure shipping ensures that your purchase reaches you safely and promptly, no matter where you are.

Shipping Information

All shipments are made via insured FedEx and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Due to the high value of our items, all packages must be shipped to an Authorized FedEx “Hold for Pickup” location (FedEx Staffed Only). Photo ID and signature are required for anyone picking up the package.

For destinations with specific delivery requirements or values above the listed maximum, please contact customer service at info@headiamonds.com. Taxes, import duties, VAT, and any other fees that may apply to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

APO, FPO, and DPO Shipping

We offer FREE insured shipping for up to $25,000 to all APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) locations via US Postal Service Priority Mail®. Shipping time usually does not exceed 3 weeks.

Important Details

On the day of shipment, you will receive an email confirming the expected delivery date, address, and operating hours of the FedEx Hold for Pickup location where the package will be sent. For customers paying by Bank Wire Transfer, Check, or Cash, a FedEx Tracking Number will also be provided.

For security purposes, customers paying by Credit Card must call HEA Diamonds for tracking details. A Photo ID and signature of the customer of record are required to pick up the package.

If a package is left at a FedEx Hold for Pickup station for more than 5 business days, it will be recalled to HEA Diamonds and additional shipping charges may apply. All packages shipped by Federal Express® are subject to potential delays due to weather and/or holiday shipping volume. Shipping charges cannot be refunded if there is a delay beyond our control.

In some cases, special arrangements can be made to ship directly to a business or residential address. However, a special waiver will be required, absolving HEA Diamonds of any liability resulting from a package being left unattended or allowing someone other than the recipient to sign for the package, as insurance terminates upon delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, but packages can be held for pickup at a FedEx station near you. Your signature and picture identification are required.

Shipping Rates (if applicable)

All new purchases and services for the first year are delivered at no cost. If shipping costs are applicable for later servicing or other scenarios, the following rates apply:

 

• • Shipping and Insurance: $50 + 1% of the value of the item.
    

     

    • • For example, shipping for an item priced at $7,500.00 will be $50 + $75 (7500 x 0.01) = $125 total.
