The design process, including CAD renderings and revisions, is completely FREE. You only pay when you're ready to proceed with production.
Production Timeline
Every HEA Diamonds ring is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
Crafting Time
Your custom ring requires a minimum of 8 days for expert crafting. This includes:
- Casting and setting of your chosen design
- Diamond or gemstone setting by our partner workshop
- Polishing and finishing to perfection
- Quality inspection and certification

Your precious jewelry is handled with the utmost care to your doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after final payment is received. Orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends and holidays.
Delivery Time
The estimated shipping transit time is approximately 5 to 8 days. Please note that delivery may be delayed during holidays or national holidays.

Every ring we create is custom-made to your exact specifications.
All custom orders are final sale. Once production begins, the ring is being crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want you to be completely confident in your design before we begin crafting. That's why we offer:

- Detailed consultations to ensure every detail is perfect

Protection & Care for Custom Pieces
Your peace of mind on a made-to-order ring.
Craftsmanship guarantee
Custom rings are covered for manufacturing defects. If any workmanship issue arises, we repair or remake it at no cost. Wear-and-tear and loss are excluded, but we keep you covered on build quality.
Custom orders are final sale
Bespoke pieces are crafted to your specifications, so returns are not offered once production has begun. We support you with sizing adjustments, setting checks, and post-delivery tweaks to ensure your piece fits and shines perfectly. Your $500 deposit is fully refundable until you approve the CAD render.
Insurance & appraisal
Every diamond includes a professional appraisal for insurance. We guide you on coverage so your investment stays protected.
Care & maintenance
Enjoy complimentary cleaning, inspections, and tightening to keep your piece secure and brilliant. We want your ring looking its best every day.
