By accessing headiamonds.com or placing an order with HEA Diamonds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Custom Orders & Production
Every HEA Diamonds ring is custom made-to-order, crafted specifically to your design and specifications.
All custom orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted once production has begun, as each piece is crafted uniquely for you.
- All rings are custom made-to-order
- Production begins after CAD design approval and full payment
- Typical production time is 3-5 weeks
- We provide progress updates throughout the crafting process
- Minor variations in handcrafted pieces are normal and not considered defects
Pricing & Payment
Our pricing and payment structure is designed to be transparent and straightforward.
The $500 deposit is fully refundable if you do not approve the final design before production begins.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- A $500 deposit is required to begin the design process
- Full balance is due before production begins
- Payment is accepted via PayPal
- Prices are subject to change based on current precious metal and diamond market rates
Diamond Certification & Quality
We uphold the highest standards in diamond sourcing and certification.
- All diamonds are certified by GIA, IGI, or GCAL
- Diamond specifications (4Cs) are guaranteed to match certification
- We source only ethically sourced, conflict-free diamonds

- We offer complimentary resizing within the first year
- Lifetime support for maintenance and care
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
