After you submit your design inquiry, our team creates detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) renderings of your ring. You'll receive 3D images and videos showing exactly how your ring will look. You can request unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied before we begin crafting.

Yes, you can make changes during the CAD approval stage at no extra cost. Once you approve the CAD and production begins, changes are no longer possible. This is why the CAD approval step is so important.

Custom rings are made-to-order specifically for you and are non-returnable. All custom ring sales are final. This is why we invest in the CAD approval process — so you can see and approve every detail before crafting begins. We also offer free resizing within 30 days of delivery.

Standard production takes 3-4 weeks after CAD approval, plus 3-5 business days for insured shipping. Priority (2 weeks) and Rush (8 days) options are available for an additional fee. The CAD approval stage typically takes 2-5 days depending on revisions.
